What is the location of the fuel filter on an Optimum?

On the optimum the fuel filter is hard to get to its located on the fuel line above the gas tank. The easiest way if you cant get to it from under the car is to drop the tank. It is about 2 feet up the break line. You will have to use a 6mm wrench to take it off.

The fuel filter on the Optimum is located right outside of the gas tank directly above the ending unit. You will need to remove the tire to have good access to it without a lift.

is under the car ( where the battery at but under you have to lift the car) next to the fuel filter it is covered with a cover with screws.
