In general, there is no best internet laptop, because the speed of the internet depends on your connection more than the computer. Anything basic will do.

I'm not quite sure internet speeds have as much to do with laptop hardware as the broad band connection itself. I would say that almost any modern laptop with an intel processor should provide enough hardware horsepower. The main factors that affect speed are the bandwidth and strength of signal if using a wireless connection.

actually normal laptop with dual core processor can be used as faster internet laptop or you can use a netbook for this purpose but first you need good internet connection

There is no "fastest internet laptop". It all depends on the type of internet service that you have, the reception (if you're using wireless), as well as the programs you use to navigate/browse websites among other things. It's a mix of various things.

There isnt really answer for this since your internet speed is not totally controlled by your system speed. It also depends on your connection speed too.
