My mother recently passed because of complications with liver cancer. You can spot the symptoms by discoloration in fingernails, eyes, toenails. They will turn a yellow color notifying you the liver is in trouble. Just like muscles in the body, work on your liver to make it stronger. Drink milk thistle, in hot water with lemon x2 per day.

The patient will suffer from a shut down of the liver followed by other organ failure (jaundice, kidney failure, respiratory failure, death).

The common symptoms will be lack of appetite, an emaciated appearance or a "wasting away", and a feeling of malaise. Other symptoms may also include jaundice, bloating, gastrointestinal upset or nausea/diarrhea, itching, and blood clots such as deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolisms.

Fatigue increases so that the patient is sleeping almost 24/7. He stops eating or is eating very little. He may have increased hepatic encephalopathy and not recognize family or remember events. There may be severe confusion and agitation, and swollen abdomen. There may be bleeding issues and coma.

It depends on a lot of things like the cancer type, your immune system capacity but the most important on the patients psychological strength to fight the disease and stay positive despite what the doctor's prognosis might be. Eating lots of vegetables, trying moderate exercise (fresh air walks), and most of all being surrounded by supportive people is important.

The end stage of liver cancer has wasting, pain and suffering . Loss of Appetite , weight loss , jaundice , Abdominal Swelling , muscle wasting , abdominal pain , Hemorrhage . They may be caused by hepatitis B and C, alcohol, autoimmune liver diseases, cancer as well as other conditions .

At the end stage of aliver cancer, you feel particularly weak: you start reatining water and sleep more.It's the sign of a liver failure.
