The easiest way to lose weight is to decrease the amount of calories in your body. You can either eat less calories or exert more calories. 3200 calories equals 1 pound so if you decrease your your calorie intake, or put out 500 for 7 days you will lose 1 pound; nothing extreme. No miracle pill will have long-lasting effects.
Its a good idea not to eat after 6 because you are more likely to snack - has nothing to do with metabolism. Get 30-60 min of moderate aerobic activity (walking) per day, calculate your BMR and cut calories to lose weight. add a comment
