Most tint can be loosened with a strong ammonia based window cleaner. Try to get a edge up so that the cleaner can get under the tint and start to lift it. It is bet to do this on a hot day because the glue comes loose easier when warm. Then scarp it slowly with a plastic scraper.

The easiest way to remove window tint is to buy a small, portable clothing steamer, then use it to heat up a corner of the tint. Then slowly start to peel up the tint by heating the area which you are currently pulling on. Then wipe off the remaining glue.

you can probably find tint removal solution at a parts store. also you can scrape it off from the window.

The best way to do this is to get a handheld razor blade and find an easy corner to get the razor blade under the tint. Once you do that get a spray bottle full of water and keep spraying and sliding the razor blade down, eventually the tint should just rip off.
