What is the difference between Smackdown and Raw?

The main difference between Smackdown and Raw is the Roster. Also, the air dates and times are different, with Raw airing from 8PM to 10PM on Monday, and Smackdown airing from 7Pm to 9PM on Friday. Raw is aired live, whereas Smackdown is aired on Friday after the Tuesday recording.

The only difference is the rosters and that Smackdown is aired on Thursday nights, and Raw, Monday nights (both are WWE owned).
