The Assembly of God is generally more focused on experiencing outward gifts of the spirit like speaking in tongues, so they are more pentecostal. Baptists are more focused on grace.

The Baptist and Assembly of God have similar beliefs and worship styles. The main difference is that the Assembly of God believe in baptism in the Holly Ghost, specifically speaking in tongs. The Baptist believes that this is heresy.

The biggest difference is that while both believe in baptism of the Holy Spirit, Baptists interpret this as holy living whereas AG churches focus on the gifts of the spirit.

One of the main differences that you will notice is that Assemblies of God Churches are more charismatic than most Baptist Churches. You will oftentimes experience speaking in tongues at Assemblies of God Churches. This can be a little disconcerting.

Assemblies of God churches believe that gifts of the Spirit, such as speaking in tongues, are for today, whereas most Baptists do not believe that (at least not for everyone.)

There are several different Bapists churches, and all of them are a different denomination from the Assembly of God. Members of the Assembly of God tend to follow much stricter standards in their lives, although the exact differences from Baptists will vary with the particular Baptist denomination.
