What is the definition of fraud and conversion?

Fraud is simply acting under false pretenses to the detrament of another party to exploiut them in some way. Conversion is like the infringement of a copyright that is in place.

It is when someone says something that isn't true to get some sort of benefit from someone else. Then, takes that property for their own because of said fraud. At least, that is what I understand from what I have read on the internet. You can ask a lawyer what that definition is for a more precise answer.

Conversion is the wrongful possession of someone else's property, as if it were one's own. Fraud is a knowing misrepresentation of the truth or concealment of a material fact to induce another to act to his or her detriment.
