What is the content of vitamin K?

Vitamin K is a substance that can be produced by bacteria in the intestines. It can also be found in milk and green vegetables and products that contain them. It is not potassium which is a silver-white metal. Vitamin K has been linked to lowering the risk for type two diabetes and non-Hodgkin Lymphoma.

Vitamin K contains warfarin which have the ability to cure poison caused by 4-hydroxicoumarin. Vitamin K also contain phytonutrient that usually injected to new born child so they will be healthy. Vitamin K is also used as dietary method. And for the last, yes potassium is also one of Vitamin K with number 19.
