The best source of vitamin K are dark green and leafy vegetables and other fruits and vegetables. Broccoli, asparagus, kale, spinach, and brussel sprouts. Beef liver, lentils, avocado and cucumbers can also be good sources.

Kale, Collard Greens, and Spinach are all very high in vitamin K. Also, prunes and egg noodles have a decent amount.
