Foods rich in vitamin K include cooked green vegetables such as spinach, kale, collard greens, brussel sprouts and broccoli. To a lesser degree you will get it from lettuce, parsley, asparagus, cabbage and celery. Some other foods it can be found in are plums, noodles and breadcrumbs.

Some of the foods would be broccoli, spinach and other dark green vegetables. There are many ways to prepare these that don't involve grease or cheese. Try steaming broccoli and adding a small squeeze of lemon juice. Try a vegetable lasagna recipe. Good Luck!

Th highest I've found is spinach, which has 240 micrograms for every 100 grams of food. Second on the list is lettuce with 200 micrograms. Remember that you don't need a lot of vitamin K, but it can cause serious problems if for some reason your body doesn't have enough.
