There are some online translators, but they offer only literal translations. They don't translate idiomatic expressions, which are important to any translation. You best bet is to ask for help from a native speaker.

The best way is to hire a translator (which you can do online, on various sites such as Proz, Elance, Freelancer). You can also use an online machine translation application, such as Google Translate, and either accept the results, or get a native to review the text.

You can do it online but some translation sites are better than others. Finding someone who speaks both languages is a better option.

Online translators are not good for that. They can give you some words, but not the proper grammar in order to make a logical response. The best way is to study the language and get an English to Spanish dictionary.
