I need a lesson plan for teaching evaporation to kids.

Draw a picture. Draw a picture of clouds above and a sun, with the ground below and a lake. Draw arrows showing rain falling down and show arrows of the evaporating water going up. Explain to them how it all takes place.

You could help them plan and build an evaporation based salt water purifier. You should be able to find out how online.
