You could keep an eye on his email, and when he is sleeping check his cell phones call log for calls dialed/recieved. Look for unusual transactions in your bank account or credit card statements. Make an excuse why you need his pay stubs and make sure things add up.

I would suggest that you check his emails, text messages and phone records if you are able to. You can discover quite a bit from just looking into these things. However, you are breaking a huge line of trust, so be sure you are prepared for the anger from him. My thought is that there is probably reason to check.

There's no good way, but it would be fun to follow him. A better way would be to hire a private detective, then confront him with the results. You could check the milage on the car, that's hqard to fake.

You can put some tiny bug in his clothes and hear his talk every minute,or you may hire a private detective since they are very talented.
