Confront him. Don't spy. Yes, men lie. But a confronted man will either go off the deep end (clue) or work to prove his innocence to you (hope). Listen, consider and then trust your instincts. Would you tell your best girlfriend to trust him? You have your answer.

If you share a bank account / credit cards check the statements for odd purchase or places. Restaurants you have not been too, etc. Online banking is great because transactions are almost instant and timestamped.

The easiest way is to hire a PI. But you can also check his cell phone for numbers, call places he is supposed to be, and just pay attention to his clothes.

you can either follow him yourself or hire a private investigator to do it for you. You cactivate the GPS tracking on his cell phone.
