The best way to sell this card may be on a online auction. A pawn shop may also buy it if it is rare. You might try and run an ad in your local newspaper for a few days. There also may be places online that deal in cards alone.

I think the best way to sell a Pokemon card is to deal with fellow Pokemon collectors (friends, schoolmates; relatives, etc.) Another way would be to sell it on Ebay for a very reasonable price; maybe free shipping since it's so lightweight and sell it as a "BUY IT NOW" item on Ebay options. It should sell fast.
