Use a heat gun to gently loosen the glue, then start at the seams/edges and work towards the middle with a putty knife to gently lift the edges of the wallpaper. For areas that will not pry with the putty knife, apply a paint scraper in smotth strokes.

From your local rental place you can go and rent a machine that actually steams the wallpaper right off the wall. It's quite easy to do this and it's MUCH faster than peeling it off yourself.

Use a scoring tool on the wallpaper Follow with a clothing steamer to all the paper to losen. Use a wide putty knife to scrape off the lose paper.

First step is to take a scraper and try to remove as much of the top layer as possible, Then use a glue solvent like DIP to remove the bottom layer.
