Use an oxygen-based cleaner or one with bleach. Hot vinegar or RIT dye remover may help. The stain could be caused by hair dye or color coming off a new washcloth. Strongly colored soaps and bath crayons may also leave stains if you have soap scum or hard water deposits. In these cases, use deposit-removing cleaner.

The pink stain is simply buildup of scum and possibly material from hard water. You can remove t by applying scrubbing bubbles foaming cleaner and scrubbing with a green scotch pad. If you get a water softener ti can help. Also, if your shower curtain s touching the tub it can trap water and promote this growth.

If you paint your toenails it may be that. If not, then it is also possible that it is some reaction to hair dye or something. Bleach always works.

The pink coloration is from the minerals in your water. You have an excess of minerals which are harmless. In some areas of the country this is called "Hard" water. You can easily clean the tub with a product called CSR. You can also install a filter at the watertank. The CSR is the best option.
