The key to removing wallpaper is heat and moisture. Yes, you can do it alone. If the paper is shiny they scratch through the top layer, make a cross pattern as you go. Then fire up the steamer and place is against the paper, move it around until the paper gets loose, the scrape off with a wide putty knife.

Score the wallpaper with a scoring tool, then use a commercial wallpaper removing solution to wet the paper. Then, pull off the paper. If small bits remain, sand them off.

I always preferred to do this on my own- peel off as much as you can by hand, score the paper with a razor cutter, use a putty knife or wallpaper scraper- be careful of the wall underneath. You can loosen paper with a vinegar solution, or rent a steamer.

to remove wallpaper, from the wall, you have to rub with the wet clothe , so that it will get sokedand easy to remove.

Do it alone. Some sheets pull off easy. Score the wall with a scorer. Take a rag and wet the wallpaper let stand and peel off. Wash the paste off.
