What is the best way to remove wallpaper from damaged drywall?

Since I don't know what the damage is, I would take a spray bottle of warm water and dish soap, let it stand 10 minutes and them scrap off. You need to decide if its worth it. Maybe new wallpaper will hide the damage. There is also damage kits.

If the wallpaper is strippeble,it is easy to remove. first we stripp it down from the top,while we stripping, keep it close to the wall. if it is not stripping type we want to soak it, or steam it. we can also stripp it dry,and with the sandpaper we can remove the dirt ,after that we can cover with a new one.
