There are several ways to kill snails on annuals. The most common way is maintaining your garden area by hand picking the snails off the plants. This can become a very tedious task, but effective none the less. Also another way to kill them is to set small traps using inverted flower pots. They'll crawl in then throw them out.

You can go with your standard anti insect treatment. If you are looking for something more holistic try that old remedy of salt, you could spray a high salt content water on them, its ok for plants (not great).

A mixture of two table spoons of dishsoap in a pint of water in a spray bottle applied once a week for a month will kill the snails as well as a multitude of other pest
