What kinds of snails should go in my fish tank?

Are there snails that will harm the fish?

ramshorn and apple snails are most common they are benefit to tank's health they pose no threat to fish,They do however over populate pretty fast and can make p.h drop

Pond snails, trumpets, ramshorns, and apple snails can survive in an aquarium with non aggressive fish. Snails eat a variety of aquarium life including algae, plants, and other debris.
