On clean lips apply lipbalm or lipgloss first before applying lipstick. To add drama, apply a lip liner to shapen your lips.

At night wet lips and put a little vaseline on to make them soft. When done applying makeup line your lips with a lip liner pencil close in color to your lipstick or a little lighter. Then you can either go over the liner with lip stick or lip gloss. This will last twice as long.

Having multiple shades that match your skin tone is key. Always apply in light layers and use long lasting products. Apply lighter color overall, and a darker tint to the corners(bottom especially!) to create a pouty look. Remember less is more! Use a light shine in place of gloss.

I apply my lipstick first, then I apply lipliner that is either the exact shade or even a shade lighter than my lipstick. The reason I put on the lipstick first is because if I put the lipliner on first it might look too dark. If the lipstick is on first is sort of meshes in with the lipstick better.
