Stop biting your lip. The only way for it to heal is let it heal by itself. You can use rinses to make it get better faster.

What you will need is called "méthylthioninium blue". You can find it in pharmacy, but beware you mouth will be blue for a short while and DO NOT ingurgitate because you will pee blue for two or three days, (but you can always use it as a prank later).

Biting your lip can be a cause of stress and worrysome. It can also be a cause of being bored. There is nothing you can really do to cure this. Try to put some peroxide on it so there is something nasty tasteing in your mouth so you dont bite.
