Call your vet and try to take just one of the the puppies in, but ask if you can get enough medicine to treat them all. Then make sure they get a bortedella shot which keeps their systems immune to the disease.

Kennel cough is the inflammation of the upper respiratory tract and can be treated with antibiotics. Doxycycline are commonly prescribed. The area where the puppies are kept should be disinfected and most importantly, you should take them for their regular vaccines by a veterinarian to prevent future infections.

If they are puppies, they need to be seen by a vet. First to determine it even is kennel cough, could be something more serious.
