I would try fresh aloe, calamine lotion and aspirin or ibuprofen as an anti-inflammatory. Oatmeal rub may work too, and possibly vitamin E.

Wash skin thoroughly and pat dry, rub a cold cream into the skin, or a cream that is specifically for skin reactions.

This is most likely a chemical burn. Try some solarcaine or aloe but if the skin is broken contact your doctor you may need medical treatment.

The best treatment is to get the Nair off your body ASAP. Clean with a mild soap and water. Let dry. If it's worse the next day, see doctor.

if it leaves red bumps, wash the area then switch off covering it with neosporin and rubbing ice on it.
