Grass carp can be caught simply by using nothing larger than a 2/0 hook and corn or cherry tomatoes for bait. Also try using bread or cooked noodles as chum. Once the carp start eating the noodles,throw your bait into the chum slick. Generally, this will work like a charm.

Well carp in general are bottom feeders, they pick up all the food that falls to the bottom. So something heavy that reaches to the bottom. They love sweet corn.

There are a variety of sucessful ways to catch Grass Carp. You can use baited worm method. Traps or Bow fishing. The fastest way to catch these fish is to Bow fish. Get an archery bow set up for this type of fishing.
