When fishing for Fluke, many of the lures and baits suitable for bluefish also work out well. Using dead bait, such as a standard squid strip with a killie or spearing usually brings success. For artificial lures, using a short, light leader with a barrel swivel assists in presenting the lure to the fish.

Use Fluke carolina-style and make the hook at the center for attraction. Make the barb that points towards the head. Make jerk to act as a baitfish

It is best to use artificial bait to catch a fluke fish. If this does not work, you can always keep squid on a standby.

Thats easy. First you get some fluke bait...no you set the fluke bait in the fluke trap. Once baited you drop and wait. Now don't expect muc in regards to catching anything. If you do, if well could be a fluke
