Jason natural brand is the best. Any shampoo without sodium lauryl sulfate is best. That is the foaming agent used in most shampoos and it is pure detergent. Very bad for the hair and skin. To make sure all shampoo is rinsed, use apple cider vinegar to rinse your hair and make it shine.

The shampoo I love using is Garnier?(sp) it's in a green bottle it is a bit expensive but its so worth it. After washing my hair its so soft and smooth and i'm not fighting with it to drag a bursh through it.
