What is the best relief for muscle soreness?

My new job leaves me really sore.

L-glutamine is the most abundant amino acid found in skeletal tissue and helps to heal sore muscles faster then it would otherwise. L-glutamine is completely safe and should be taken on an empty stomach in the morning with 8 oz of water. It must be taken alone or else it will react in the stomach and be rendered useless.

Mostly you will get used to it with time. For temporary relief, try to ice the pain away and then heat to relax the muscle. Also, drink lots of water.

- Apply a warm heat pad on the sore area, you can buy them at drug stores, most require you to heat them in microwave.
