There are many ways to treat sore feet. One, try to stay off your feet for extended periods of time. This will help relieve the pressure and stress on the ankle and bones of the foot. Secondly, one can soak their feet in hot water. This can often relieve aches and pains.

The best relief is probably a combination of things. Keep off your feet for a while. Soaking them also helps, especially in epsom salt. And foot massages help.

To get relief for sore feet, rest them, take ibuprophen or acetaminophen, soak them in warm water, and massage with pain relief cream and put pain relief patches on them.

The best relief I have found is a nice soak in epsom salt, mixed with warm water for about 15 to 30 minutes. Let them dry and apply a peppermint oil or lotion. Some times a bit of lavander mixed in also helps get rid of deeper muscle knots or tiredness.

The best relief for sore feet is rest. Elevation is also a helpful tool to relieve sore feet. Basically, keeping pressure off the sensitive muscles as much as possible will relieve the pain. Warm water soaking can also help dull and relieve any pain you are feeling in that area.

Soaking your feet in a warm bath is beneficial. The treatment is even better if you add several tablespoons of Epsom salts to the bath.
