I like the night guard called Sleep Right by Slintek. It is comforable and pretty soon you get so used to it you might forget it is in your mouth. It is flexible so it adjusts to fit

My recommendation would be the Splintek created by the SleepRight. it's flexible, comfortable and appliance that automatically adjusts to fit. Most importantly perhaps is that is approved by the FDA.

THere are not amny brands of night guards. There is one brand that is called grind stop or something like that, they have a softer plastic that wont hurt your jaw while sleeping and have a memory almost and will conform to your mouth after a few days. its best to get a guard from your dentist.
