"Core Curriculum of America" offers secular homeschool curriculum. It is very affordble and you can tailor it to suit your needs. The selection they offer is quite varied and ranges from K-12.

You can become a part of a home school program through the State. They're not usually based on religion. All you have to do is get approved to teach homeschooling.

Look for online schools. Some public school districts offer online schools and these are also offered by private schools. If you have a charter school option where you don't have to pay tuition, you will likely find an online school that serves your area.
