What is the best advice for someone who has tired everything to lose weight?

You seem like you've given up. This could be why you're not loosing weight. You need to have your heart dedicated to it in order for it to work. You should be on a healthy diet AND you should do the proper amount of exercising in order to loose weight.

A body and mind approach will keep weight off and maintained. This is a all encompassing method that includes talk therapy. Help with a nutritionist may be covered by insurance and can be part of a successful program. Exercise and keeping busy will be another way to ensure continued resluts.
