While I don't find a fine bone china pattern listed as "swirl", that doesn't mean there isn't one. Swirl's a pattern that may encompass a painted swirl, or usually an actual feature of the piece that you can feel, a swirl in the composition of the china. I have usually seen this in heavier pieces, not a fine bone.
