Blackberries are the premier "business-man" phone. They have undoubtedly the best external keyboard of any phone. They are very simple to use by anyone. Most of them will include office, email apps, IM apps, and SMS features. It is one of the best phones if you receive multiple emails a day or need to email people as quickly as possible.

Well they are basically the first phone that combined the functions of a phone and a pda. The have a lot of functionality. You can do a lot more with a blackberry than with any other smart phone.

The question should be "what it NOT so special about a blackberry" and the answer would be nothing! Blackberries let you keep in sync with your work email, personal emails, social networking sites, pretty much anything you want you can have it at your fingertips. I have one and I use it for everything! I love their apps.
