Yes you can use a motorola charger as long as it is a MINI USB charger, it is very important to also take in account the voltage. If you have a charger with too high of voltage going into the wrong phone it will damage it.

No you can't. Cell phone manufacturers tend to make their connectors specific to their brand only and Motorola and Blackberry are completely different brands. Even if you can somehow make the connectors meet, there is still difference in wattage and ampage to consider. You would have to purchase a new charger for your Blackberry.

Yes, I actually have a motorola charger I have always used for my hand-me-down blackberry, and it works amazingly! :) Charges fast, and is the same mini usb port size.
