You should plant them in an area where they are not likely to be bothered by pests. In addition you should put them in very fertile soil. If you have the money make sure to but them plant food. Keep them in the sunlight for as much of the day as possible and water them at least twice a week.

Remember that geraniums can take a little dry soil so don't overwater. If your geraniums are outside, they do require sun to put on their best show. As soon as the flowers fade, pinch off the flower heads and dried or yellow leaves to encourage more blooms. No sense sending nutrients to dead heads.

Geraniums love warm weather. They need full sun and love rich soil that is well drained.Fertilizer every 2 weeks is helpful. Water regularly but wait for soil to dry.
