Ask the person who's material is copyrighted. Consider international copyright laws if the different countries are involved (i. e. , the copyright owner is in a different country than you).

In the US, copyright protection includes a bundle of rights include the exclusive right to distribute that copyrighted material. If you want to distribute material protected by US copyright laws, you have to get express consent by the copyright holder.
