some batteries are mounted under the deck of the boat. the battery must be removed from that compartment. some times the new battery must be charged before it can be used.

Your out board battery is not used that is that battery condition is low conditin you can change your battery. the battery condition low means your motor starting trouble and not working properly. Other wise check your to work shop and than review the battery condition and than change your battery.
