You often have to take the head off and pull out the crankshaft. After you have hooked up the rear overhead you will want to place the valve diversion pipes directly in front of the intake as to allow the gasses to cool. After this is done you will want to weld it up.
This is like pretty much any bypass valve replacement. You have to get the parts from the dealer... go with aftermarket parts. They replace pretty easilly, the hard part is diassembly to get to the old valves.
