What is included in non-custodial parental rights?

I was wondering if you lose your rights if you are the non-custodial parent.

It is not clear which rights you're referring to. There is a custody agreement, though one party is not a custodial parent. The custody agreement has details about visitation and sometimes details pick-up times, delivery, holiday visits, summer vacations, notice to change or reschedule. "Rights" are assured by the Constitution, not custody agreements.

The non-custodial parent loses the main physical custody of the children. Legal rights for the children can still be maintained and joint, which would be the parental rights in making decisions for your child.
