If I voluntarily gave up parental rights, then appeal 60 days later, what are my rights?

You need to consult your attorney to be sure, but a judgment terminating parental rights is like any other judgment and judgments will be enforced pending appeal unless their provisions are suspended by a stay order or a supersedeas bond.

If your attorney has never filed it then your chances are the same, meaning you have the same rights at your child.
