Undecylenic acid is an unsaturated organic fatty acid that is found in Castor Oil. Undecylenic acid is used to make many over the counter pharmacuticals and dermatological products, aswell as fungicides for use in contact with skin. Undecylenic can also be used in the synthesis of sythetic nylons and insect pheromones.

Undecylenic acid is a fungicide that is obtained by heat-treating castor oil. Thus, it is a fatty acid, and relatively natural as well. Undecylenic acid can also be used to treat psoriasis, and is antibacterial and antiviral too.
