Guaranteed aviation is available in the United States Marine Corp. It refers to a program which guarantees aviation training to qualified applicants before they enroll.
You can only apply for a guaranteed aviation slot in the Marine Corps, but there are many stipulations. Also, NOTHING "guaranteed" upon enlistment is actually guaranteed. Check the Marines website.
