These are people "guaranteed" to sign up and join the program. This is typically a scam, because they are either employees or paid by the company to join up so that you will buy more product or invest more in the company.

Guaranteed sign ups recommended are filling up surveys,paid to click(PTC),affiliate programs,paid to join programs,traffic exchange programs,online advertising,twitter and facebook followers and other get-paid programs but beware of spy wares and scam sites.
