If you are unemployed, do not have savings greater than $1,000, or your source of income is from a disability benefit, or you do not own your own home and/or an automobile, you are considered to be judgment proof. Inotherwords, no tangible assets makes you judgment proof.

Judgement Proof in Minnesota means you have no seizable assests which may be a house or a car in your name. If no assests are in your name then it is more difficult to make a judgement enforceable.
