OSB stands for Oriented Strand Board -- it is a common and cheaper form of plywood used in home construction. Sub-floor means that it is underneath another finished flooring option, such as tile or carpet.

OSB is oriented stranded board. It is a cheap substitute for plywood where chips of wood are adhered together with an adhesive.
