You will first neet to apply a tile backer over the OSB. This can be Durock, HardiBacker, or a similar product from your local Home Improvement store.

Yes, tile can be placed over an osb subfloor. The osb will help stabilize and level the subfloor, as this is extremely important for hard tile to avoid shifting and cracking. For hard tile, a layer of cement board can also be installed between the osb and tile.

Sure you can put tile over anything, but it is going to come up as fast as it goes down. You can... but you should not.

You can but it won't hold up long. Put down cement board on top of the OSB and then put your tile on the cement board.

You can if you put down a mud base. That is the old method, the new method is to put down cement backer board.
