It is a component within which there is full circulation of electric current from the anode to the cathode and the current is able to undergo various changes within the whole circuit.A cell is the smallest unit within which the voltage is generated and subsequently transmitted to the load connected to it.

An electrial cell is a device used to generate electricity by means of chemical reactions,result oxidation and reduction of the substances inside the cell,or used to make chemical reactions possible by applying electricity.
